Paras CashBack cashback and lucky draw features are provided as part of promotional campaigns designed to support customer engagement for participating merchants.
Customers are not required to pay a separate cashback or lucky draw participation fee.
A token is issued by a participating merchant according to the applicable qualifying purchase rules.
After a valid token is verified and scratched, the platform may generate a cashback result or a lucky draw ticket according to the applicable campaign configuration.
Available cashback outcomes may vary by campaign. Cashback is subject to campaign eligibility, system verification and available promotional conditions.
Where the scratch result is a lucky draw ticket, a unique ticket reference may be generated and displayed in the customer's account.
Lucky draw events are conducted according to the applicable campaign rules. Only eligible tickets may participate in a particular draw.
Winners are selected through the applicable computerized/randomized promotional draw process.
Prize type, value, quantity and draw schedule may vary by campaign and will be communicated through the applicable campaign information.
A selected winner may be required to complete identity, account or transaction verification before prize distribution.
Tickets may be declared invalid where they are duplicated, manipulated, fraudulently obtained, cancelled or otherwise fail campaign eligibility requirements.
Cashback or promotional rewards may be reversed where the underlying qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, invalid, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
Paras CashBack may modify, pause or discontinue a promotional campaign where operational, legal, security or other legitimate reasons require it, subject to applicable requirements.
