This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and transaction reversals may affect Paras CashBack Tokens and associated promotional rewards.
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded before an associated reward is finalized, the related token/reward may be cancelled or invalidated.
If cashback has already been credited and the underlying purchase is subsequently refunded or found invalid, Paras CashBack may initiate a reward reversal according to the applicable rules.
If the associated cashback has already been redeemed or used before the qualifying transaction is refunded, the transaction may be placed under review and handled according to the applicable recovery policy.
Transactions identified as fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid may result in cancellation or reversal of associated rewards.
Where a merchant cancels or reverses a qualifying transaction, Paras CashBack may revalidate the associated token and reward.
Merchant subscription refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the merchant subscription agreement and applicable refund conditions.
