Paras CashBack is a merchant-supported promotional rewards platform that provides eligible customers with token-based cashback and promotional reward opportunities.
Customers must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable eligibility requirements.
Tokens are issued according to applicable campaign rules and are subject to verification, validity, usage and expiration conditions. Tokens are non-transferable unless specifically permitted by Paras CashBack.
Cashback rewards are promotional rewards and are subject to eligibility, verification, campaign availability and applicable Cashback Terms. A cashback result is not guaranteed on every token.
Lucky draw tickets are promotional opportunities subject to the applicable campaign rules. Eligibility, draw dates, prizes, winner selection and other conditions may vary by campaign.
Paras CashBack does not charge customers a separate fee to participate in cashback or lucky draw promotional opportunities.
Eligible rewards may be reflected in the customer's digital wallet according to applicable processing and holding conditions. Wallet balances and transactions are subject to verification and applicable policies.
Redemption is subject to minimum limits, verification, processing requirements, applicable charges if any, and the Redemption Policy displayed on the platform.
Where a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, invalidated or identified as fraudulent, associated rewards may be cancelled, reversed or placed under review.
Users must not: create fraudulent transactions; manipulate token issuance; create duplicate accounts for abuse; attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities; provide false information; or engage in activities intended to obtain rewards improperly.
Paras CashBack may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where fraud, misuse, policy violations or security concerns are identified.
Paras CashBack may update campaigns, features, rewards and policies from time to time.
Paras CashBack does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and may temporarily restrict services for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction specified by the company in its applicable legal documentation.
